How could we possibly go to Iceland and not get fascinated by birds ?

Above, the Arnastapi cliffs, under the Snaefell

 

 

In Arnastapi, the photographer equipped with a good

 

telelens may work in great confort

 

 

 

 

Neither the razorbills nor the sympathic puffins are to be seen in Arnastapi, but there are hundreds of thousands in Latrabjarg, the greatest bird cliff in Iceland, and the westernest cape of Europe...

 

In the evening (?), the puffins turn a gloden color in the low light...

But one should watch their swaying walk, and as they fly with their feet apart, as elegant as an iron...
